Koussos Apartments
By submitting a booking request through the website of Koussos Apartments, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.
- Booking Request
Submitting the booking form on this website is considered a booking request only and does not automatically confirm a reservation.
A reservation becomes valid only after confirmation from Koussos Apartments via email.
- Deposit & Payment
To secure the reservation, a deposit may be required after the booking request is confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before the arrival date.
If the remaining balance is not paid within this period, Koussos Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
29 – 15 days before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
14 days or less before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% cancellation fee
- Prices & Taxes
All prices listed on the website are per apartment per night and include VAT.
The Greek Climate Resilience Tax (currently 2€ per night) is not included in the price and must be paid locally upon arrival, according to Greek government regulations.
- Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated to guests prior to arrival or upon confirmation of the reservation.
Guests are kindly requested to respect these times unless otherwise agreed with the host.
- Damages
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the apartment and its equipment during their stay.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required caused by the guest or members of their group must be reported to the host and may be charged accordingly.
Koussos Apartments reserves the right to charge guests for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs resulting from damages caused during the stay.
- House Rules
Guests agree to respect the apartment, its facilities, and the surrounding neighborhood.
The following rules apply during the stay:
Parties and events are not allowed in the apartments.
Guests must respect quiet hours and neighboring properties.
Only the number of guests stated in the reservation is allowed to stay in the apartment unless otherwise agreed with the host.
The apartment must be used responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
- Responsibility
Koussos Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
- Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the booking request and checking the box “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these conditions.
- Changes to Terms
Koussos Apartments reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website.
